Day in Memoriam of Marek Nowicki. On this day in 2003, the well-known Human Rights activist, founder of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights,Warsaw and creator of a School for Human Rigths activists from all over the world, Marek Nowicki died at the age of 56.
